When a global retailer has one shot at a first impression in this market, where does it go? This year the answer kept landing on the same address on Biscayne Boulevard. Bershka opened its first permanent U.S. store at Aventura Mall in August. REVOLVE followed in September with its first permanent store in Florida. Today, Thursday, Nov. 5, UNIQLO opens its doors there.
Several of these brands have also said publicly why they picked Aventura, and those reasons explain what you will find inside the new stores.
A Year of Firsts, in Order
The run started with fragrance and went on to fashion. Here is the 2026 sequence based on dates the brands and the mall have published, followed by one more 2026 arrival.
| Store | What it is for the brand | Opened | Where in the mall |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amouage | Part of the mall's fragrance expansion | Grand opening July 7 | Aventura Mall |
| Missoni | New fashion boutique | July 10 | Aventura Mall |
| Bershka | First permanent U.S. store | Thursday, Aug. 6 | Lower Level, near Bloomingdale's |
| REVOLVE | First permanent Florida store, third permanent store overall | Sept. 29 | 19565 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 1982 |
| UNIQLO | One of Miami's first two UNIQLO stores | Nov. 5 | Upper Level, near Bloomingdale's |
| Clive Christian | First Clive Christian store in the U.S. | 2026 | Aventura Mall |
UNIQLO's store covers about 17,269 square feet on two floors. That is a large footprint for a brand's first location in the area. In July, the Miami Herald reported that Aventura's UNIQLO would be one of Miami's first two, with the other going on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.
Why the First Store Lands Here
Inditex, the Spanish group that owns Bershka, Zara and Massimo Dutti, explained its choice directly. In a statement reported by WWD, the company called Aventura Mall "one of the most recognized shopping centers in the U.S. with strong commercial access points to Gen Z, young Millennials and Miami's tourism base."
Dilip Patel, president of Inditex USA, linked the choice to the city itself in the same WWD report:
"Miami is known for its unique culture, musical appreciation and being a place where social connectivity is praised. Naturally, we looked to Miami as the ideal place to introduce the in-store Bershka experience."
The Aventura store is also a starting point. WWD reported that more Bershka stores are expected in the U.S., beginning in the Miami area and the South. That means the Lower Level store is the first version of a format the brand plans to repeat across the region. It carries all three of Bershka's main collections, Bershka, BSK and MAN, in a palette of stone, wood and ceramic. It also has areas for picking up online orders, returns and self-checkout.
The Herald noted that Aventura Mall is the largest mall in Florida and the fifth largest in the country. Those numbers explain the foot traffic. The next two stores show how brands design for the shoppers who come through.
Each Debut Was Built for Miami
REVOLVE started online, and its Aventura store is the brand's third permanent location, after its flagship at The Grove in Los Angeles and its boutique in Aspen. According to the company's announcement on PR Newswire, the 4,512-square-foot store carries a selection chosen for Miami's year-round warm weather, nightlife and active lifestyle. The selection will change through the year with edits tied to the city's cultural and lifestyle events. Co-founder and co-CEO Michael Mente said in that release that "each location is thoughtfully tailored to its market. Aventura brings that vision to life through a distinct lens."
Racks include REVOLVE's own labels, such as REVOLVE Los Angeles, Camila Coelho Collection, Eaves, SRG and L'Academie, along with outside designers from REVOLVE and FWRD. The store also has REVOLVE Man and REVOLVE Beauty sections. It is open 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
UNIQLO's opening leans even further into the local market. According to Aventura Mall's UNIQLO announcement, the store opens with:
- Collaboration T-shirts featuring designs from Joe's Stone Crab, Jarritos, Dani Klaric and Bobbie Goods
- A UTme! station where shoppers can create their own designs on T-shirts and tote bags
- The "Made for All. Made for Miami." campaign, which features interior decorator and creator Dani Klaric, entrepreneur and model Josie Lentner, multimedia artist Lazaro Rodriguez, and Michelin-star chef Sebastian Vargas
- A yearlong partnership with the Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library on the "My First Library Card Program," which encourages young families to sign up for library cards and supports new parents across the county
The full LifeWear range for women, men and kids is in the store, along with repair services.
Fragrance Got There First
Before the fashion debuts, the mall had already started filling its beauty aisles with niche brands. The Herald's July report tied the move to the "scent stacking" trend, in which shoppers layer oils and perfumes into their own blends. Clive Christian's first U.S. store and Amouage joined brands already in the mall, including Creed, Jo Malone London, Aesop, Bond No. 9 and Chanel Beauty.
Jackie Soffer, the mall's owner and chairman and CEO of Turnberry, described the approach to the Miami Herald: "Being committed to presenting what consumers want in real time means applying disciplined curation and deep market intelligence." The fashion openings since then follow the same pattern of picking a category, adding brands that are new to the market and setting up each store for local shoppers.
The Dining Side Follows the Same Pattern
The mall's restaurant additions follow the same idea. Ossobuco, a Michelin Guide-recommended wood-fired steakhouse from Argentina's Alcur Group, opened in the Outdoor Courtyard over the summer. The restaurant started in Rosario, and in Aventura it cooks over open flame. Chef and grill master Guillermo Eleicegui runs the fire.
Three smaller names are on the way for daytime visits:
- Honey Veil, a family-owned café and bakery serving specialty coffee, matcha and baked goods, at 19575 Biscayne Blvd.
- Cha Cha Matcha, serving ceremonial-grade matcha drinks, with parking near Nordstrom
- Bubbice, known for flash-frozen treats and customizable mobile carts

National brands now open their first local stores within a short drive of Aventura homes, and that is part of the area's everyday appeal. At Delphi Investment Realty, we follow these changes closely, and we are glad to talk with you about what they mean for owning a home or investing in Aventura and along the Biscayne corridor.
